For far too long, Dodge City has been under the control of the Grand Menace – a mysterious dictator indeed, for no one knows where he is; he gives his orders via a big screen to his chief officer, Commander Pumpkin.
All who disobey the harsh rules of the Grand Menace are sentenced to the Highway; they are attached to vehicles, and sent down the Highway, where the vehicles are radio-controlled to continuously crash into each other.
There is a small group of Rebels, who dare oppose the Grand Menace and Commander Pumpkin. The two best Rebels are young Menuchah and Avichai, who are cousins.
Being great stunt drivers, they brave the Highway to rescue sentenced victims. Menuchah and Avichai attempt to persuade Billy the Kid, the toughest gunslinger in Dodge City, to join the Rebels.
In order to do so, they must help Billy the Kid get rid of the horde of untamed cats that have been brought into his house by his mother, Mimsie. But soon afterwards, things get complicated when a mad scientist called Dr. Screwloose arrives to help Commander Pumpkin round up the Rebels, and strap them to special rockets of Dr. Screwloose’s creation, to blast them to the moon!
It will all come down to a great battle, between the Rebels and the Army of the Grand Menace, to determine the fate of Dodge City.
